Jake was born on November 1, 1990 in Niagara Falls, Ontario, where he first fell in love with acting.

He eventually joined the 'Young Actors' Theatre' in his hometown, and spent much of his childhood making films, writing scripts, drawing and painting.


After high school, he went on to study advertising, then design at the Ontario College of Art & Design. Upon being hired to play 'Jack Scott' in Theatre Aquarius' 2010 production of 'High School Musical' he was inspired to audition for and eventually attend Sheridan College.

Jake enrolled in 'Music Theatre Performance' at Sheridan College from 2010 - 2013 and graduated in the final cohort of the advanced-diploma program in the summer of 2013!


Since graduating, Jake has appeared in numerous productions on stage and on screen. Jake appears in the third season of Designated Survivor on Netflix, as King James in Reign: Season IV and stars in the short film 'Ariel Unraveling' for BravoFACT.

Jake is currently living in Toronto, where he works as an actor and director for theatre, film & television.
