Jake Foy is a rising multifaceted talent in entertainment, excelling as an actor, writer, producer, and director for both stage and screen.

Born in Niagara Falls, Canada, with a lifelong passion for the arts, he began his professional journey at the age of nineteen with 'High School Musical: On Stage.' He then attended Sheridan College's esteemed Music Theatre Performance Program outside Toronto, of which he is a proud alumnus. During his time there, Jake both co-directed his peers in the program and performed in a record six productions; starring as Melchior Gabor in 'Spring Awakening’ as well as Kevin T. in the original workshop and cast recording of the Broadway-bound smash hit musical 'Come From Away.'

Since graduating, Foy has appeared in various theatrical, film, and television productions. Notable credits include recurring roles on Netflix's 'Designated Survivor,' Amazon's 'Wilderness,’ and the CW's 'Reign' as King James. Most recently, Jake has taken on the role of bullfighting, country-singing frontman Tuff McMurray on “RIDE” for Blink 49/the CW.

As a director, Jake's visionary approach to musical storytelling on screen has led to collaborations with internationally acclaimed artists. His early work, such as 'Kristine & Kirstine’ (the Second City Toronto) and 'Before They Were Them’ (CBC/CBC Gem), received award-winning recognition at festivals in Los Angeles and New York. His latest project “More Together” is a 38-minute musical short film "based on a true love story” featuring music and lyrics by Broadway’s Drew Gasparini, and marks his screenwriting debut.
